1 1/2 cups cooked and drained wild rice
1/2 lb.bacon (cut into small pieces)
1 small onion cut into small pieces
3 cups cream of potato soup
4 cups half and half
2 1/2 cups american cheese






Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and onions until bacon is crisp. Drain excess fat. Place soup in a saucepan, stir in half and half, fried bacon and onion cheese and cooked wild rice. Stir until cheese is melted. If desired garnish individual servings with a carrot curl.
