2 c. cream
3/4 c.sugar
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh fruit, lightly mashed

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan mix together the cream, sugar, and gelatin. Heat the mixture gently over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes.Remove from heat and cool slightly. Wisk in sour cream and vanilla. Pour into goblets, dessert dishes or a mold. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Serve with fruit.
