1 small onion - minced, about 1/4 cup
1- 1 pound can red or pink salmon
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 T fresh lemon juice
1 T horseradish
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves (minced 1/8 cup)
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
dash tabasco
1 tsp. worchester sauce
salt and pepper
