Olive Oil
1 Lg Vidalia Onion sliced
2 Cans Whole Tomato
3 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 Cup Red Wine
4oz Prosciutto chopped
Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Sweet Basil & Sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Onion & Prosciutto till Onion is translucent and Prosciutto is browned.
Add Garlic cook till browned.
Add 2 cans Whole Tomato crush tomatoes with hand.
Add Wine, Sugar & Spices (to taste)
Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer.
Cook 1 Hour
