1 lb. hamburg
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste.
soda cracker crumbs until balls hold firm

Combine and form small meatballs

8 oz. catsup
2 T brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 t worchester sauce
1/2 t chili powder

let sauce simmer 1/2 hour. Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
