1 (12oz) pkge semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup half and half cream
1-1/2 Tbsp. brandy or your favorite liqueur
60 large fresh strawberries with stems left intact, rinsed
dried.

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate; add cream stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and blend in brandy. Hold each berry by the stem, swirl in chocolate partially covered, place onto a wax-paper lined cookie sheet. Place into refrigerator until chocolate is set, transfer fruit onto a platter and serve.
