1 lb. Chicken Livers (Chopped up a bit)
2 Onions (chopped)
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbls. Red Wine
4 Hard Cokked Eggs (peeled)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken livers and onions until all red is gone and onions are translucent. Put chicken liver mixture in food processor and process until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth and well blended. Chill.
