2 lbs fresh green beans
1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2-3 cloves garlic, pressed

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beans to a boil and boil until just tender. Drain. Place oil in a large frying pan and press garlic cloves into oil, when garlic starts to sizzle, add green beans and toss, until coated with oil

Mix half of the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and pepper and toss with green beans.

Sprinkle remaining breadcrumbs and cheese over top of the beans, cover and let sit until ready to serve.

These green beans are my favorite vegetable recipe of Grandma's. Mom tries to make them and they just aren't the same, so when Grandma comes over and Mom is making this dish, we have Grandma put it together.
