Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 slices top round or flank steak, about 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan or romano cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
butter
olive oil for sauteing

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle ingredients on each slice of meat. Dot with butter. Roll as you would a jelly roll and secure the ends with toothpicks. Saute in olive oil until brown and add to tomato sauce and simmer.

Note: Raisins, craisins and/or pine nuts can be sprinkled on the meat also before rolling up.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe came from Mom's personal recipes that she wrote. She would make these from time to time when she would make "sauce" every Sunday when we were little. Now, when we make sauce and invite Mom over, she will ask if we want her to make some Braccioli to put in your sauce. What am I going to say......no?! I....don't think so. :)
