2 -3 T of flour (whatever category)
1 L of Broth (if not any simple water is just fine)
2 cloves of garlic
red pepper, black pepper, origano, salt or Vegeta

Directions:
Directions:
In hot oil, fry the the cloves of garlic, and then add the flour and fry until it gets a little brown. Then on low heat, slowly add the broth or water ,always rotating, so it doesn't stick and not to create small balls of flour While adding the broth or water, also add the spices, always rotating. Be careful, it has to look like a very liquid soup, not thick, so it is better if you take the pan off the heat while adding the broth stirring well. Heat it just a little bit before serving.
