6 medium potatoes
4 ounces sour cream
1 - 3 ounce package cream chesse, cut in small pieces
1 Tablespoon margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup mild
1 teaspoon onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potato; cook in salted water until tender, drain and mash. Add sour cream cheese, butter, onion salt and pepper. Gradually beat in enough milk to make mixture smooth and fluffy. Turn into casserole and cover with foil. Chill up to 24 hours. To serve; dot with butter and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
