1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tube Jimmy Dean hot sausage
1 large white onion, chopped
1 large can stewed tomatoes (blend them)
1 - 7 ounce can green chilies
1 small can hot jalapenos
1 large block Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, sausage and onion. Drain grease. Cut Velvetta into large chunks and place meat and cheese in large crockpot. Add stewed tomatoes. Green chilies and half the small can of hot jalapenos. Cook in a crockpot on low heat until hot and thickened. Serve with tortilla chips.
