4 eggs
1/2 cup Champagne brut
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
8 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whites. Add sugar,spices and champagne. Mix in nuts.
Coat a baking pan. Spread coated nuts and bake at 250 for 60-75 min until nuts are dry.
Cool on wax paper store in air tight container
