2 c. whole fresh cranberries
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. melted Crisco
powdered sugar
Pam cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 F

Spray 10" spring form pan.
Place cranberries on the bottom of the pan, followed by the nuts and then the 1/2 c. sugar.

Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir to make a thick batter. Pour to cover the cranberries, nuts and sugar.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

After removing from oven, immediately loosen edges with a butter knife. Undo the spring and turn out onto a plate. Gently loosen the metal pan bottom. Cool thoroughly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator.
