3 eggs
1 pound cottage cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients well. Fill well-greased mini-muffine tins 2.3 full. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 25 minutes. Serve at room temperature. These freeze very well. Thaw at room temperature before serving. Yield: 48 quiches.
