Crust:
1 c. flour
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 c. margarine or butter
Topping:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. finely chopped rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust, blending flour, sugar and margarine or butter. Pressinto ungreased 8-9 inch square pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For topping, sift together sugar, flour and salt. Add 2 beaten eggs and mix together. Then add 2 c. finely chopped rhubarb. Spoon onto baked crust and bake again for 35 minutes at 350.
