1 - 14oz jar artichoke hearts (drain and chop)
2 - 4oz crumbled feta cheeze
1 cup mayonaise (Best Foods is GF)
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 cup chopped spinach (frozen-drained)
1 cup mozzerela cheese shredded

Directions:

Mix indredients. Place in small baking dish.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
