1 Head Cabbage
6 Strips of Bacon
butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
shred cabbage and remove center. place cabbage in pot of water and bring to a boil. add pinch of salt. drain cabbage.
In a skillet, fry bacon, when done, put to the side and crumble on a separate plate. with leftover bacon drippings, fry cabbage. add one tlbs butter.
add crumbled bacon to cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes.
