10 Small green peppers
3 Tlbs Oil
1 Medium Onion
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 Pound ground pork
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg
2 small cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
wash peppers, cut off tops, remove seeds, and scrape with a spoon. Mince and brown onion in oil, pour into bowl, add meat, wash rice, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well. fill each green pepper almost almost to the top with mixture. Place peppers into deep pot. Pour on tamato sauce and enough water to cover. simmer for about one hour or until rice is cooked.
