1 Unbaked 9" Pie Shell 1 C. Boiling Water
1 C. Sugar 1 C. Evaporated Milk or Heavy Cream
3/4 C. Brown Sugar packed 1 T. Butter
1/2 C. Flour Cinnamon to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix sugars and flour. Gradually stir in boiling water and mix well. Add butter and milk. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes. Will be thin when taken from oven. Cool but do not chill before serving.
