1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 bags of peanut butter cups


Directions:
Directions:
Combine butters and sugars and mix well.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt together and add to sugar mixture. Roll 1 inch balls and place into ungreased mini muffin tins.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and press peanut butter cup in middle until level with cookie.

Put in freezeer 6-10 minutes. Remove with a butter knife.
