1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 dash salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
cinnamon, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil, simmer for 5 minutes or until water is gone. Add 1 quart milk and 1/2 stick margarine or butter. Cover bring to boil, lower and simmer for 50 minutes.

Blend 3 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla together. Add to mixture slowly and stirring constantly. Add 1/2 cup raisins (optional). Pour in bowl immediately. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
