1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 or 7 ripe bananas - (mashed)
4 eggs (well beaten)
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar thoroughly - add bananas & eggs. Sift dry ingredients & blend into creamed mixture, but do not overmix. Pour into loaf pans

Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
Makes 2 - 1 1/2 pound loaves or 4 small loaves
