1 c. butter softened, 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 4 eggs, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp.salt, 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, 1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Add cranberries and pecans. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tin 3/4 the way full. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 min. Do the toothpick test. If it comes out clean after poking into muffin, the muffins are done.
