6 med. sized red apples, 1 6 oz. can frozen apples juice, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/1/2 Tbl. cornstarch, 3 Tbl. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil apples and apple juice in large pan. Bring to a boil, simmer about 5 min. Dissolve cornstarch and stir into apples. Simmer until thick. Stir in cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter or margarine. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350║for 1 hour.
