2 Tbl. corn starch, 4 c. water, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 2 c. sugar, 4 egg yolks, 1 Tbl. butter, dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boilthe water, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix corn starch with 1 c. water. Pour into boiling mixture, boil 5 min. Mix 1/2 c. sugar with egg yolks. Add and cook 2 min.
