1 egg, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 medium sized apples (pared and sliced), 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg in bowl add rest of ingredients spread in pie pan and bake 30 min. at 350.
