1 c. chopped celery, 1 small onion ,diced, 1 green pepper, diced, 3 Tbl. butter, 1 can cr. mushroom soup, 4 c. water, 1 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, celery in butter until tender. Add soup, water, and rice. Mix well; cook over moderate heat 15 min. Stir in ham, pour into greased casserole and bake uncovered 45 min. at 350.
