1 1/2 lb. round steak cut into 1/2 inch thick strips, 1 Tbl.paprika, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2 Tbl. butter, 1 c. green onions with tops sliced, 2 green peppers cut into strips, 2 large tomatoes diced into big chunks, 2 beef boullion cubes dissolved in 1 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. water, 2 Tbl. cornstarch, 2 Tbl. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp/ salt, 3 c. cooked rice.

Sprinkle steak with paprika, cook steak with garlic and butter.(fry slowly) Add onions and green pepper; continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and broth. Cover and simmer about 15 min. Blend water with cornstarch, soy sauce and salt. Stir into steak and cook slowly until thickens. Serve over bed of rice.
