Ingredients:  
1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 4 Tbl. powdered sugar, 4 Tbl. cooking oil
BARBQUE SAUCE: 2 Tbl. vinegar, 1 Tbl. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. catsup, 4 Tbl. chopped onion

Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in 1/2 c. milk. Add meat, onion, remaining milk, salt,and pepper. Form into patties. Dip each pattie in powdered sugar, brown quickly in oil. Place in 8x8 cooking pan. Make barbque sauce. Bring to a boil worcestershire sauce, vinegar, catsup, and chopped onion. Pour over patties. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
