1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
grated rind of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, butter and sugar. Press into 8" square pan. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Blend other ingredients and spread on top of crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes more. As soon as out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cool.
