6-8 pieces chicken
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/3 c honey
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and roll in flour; place on baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix together honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and bake another 30 minutes. Tastes great served with hot, cooked rice.
