3-5 lb. boneless beef roast, cut into large pieces
2 onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper
4 beef bouillion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet, put into casserole dish. Add onions, garlic, basil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Add 3 C. beef bouillion (4 cubes to 3 c. water). Bake covered @ 300º till meat shreds, approximately 4 hours.
