1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 tblsp cocao
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups oats
powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar.

Add water, vanill and cocao.

Add oats.

Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Store in an airtight container.
