1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup water
1 package taco seasoning
1 can black beans rinsed
1 can rotel
6 flour tortillas
1 can refried beens
3 cups mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, green pepper and onion. Add taco seasoning, black beans and rotel. Cook 10 minutes. Place tortillas in greased baking dish. Spread with half of refried beans, beef mixture and then cheese. Repeat and toop with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
