2 can enchilada sauce
4 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups salsa
2 cups cubed chicken
1 can pinto beans
1 can green chilies
10 flour tortillas
1 cup mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon enchilada sauce into greased pan. In large sauce pan, combine cream cheese and salsa until blended. Stir in cooked chicken, beans and chilies. Place mixture in tortillas, roll up and place in prepared baking dish with seam side down. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes or until heated.

I always boil the chicken in creole seasoning and chop in in the food processor! Sometimes we use jalopenos.
