1/2 cup fat free mayo
1 T lime juice
2 tsp milk
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 T lemon peper seasoning
1 egg
1 tsp water
1 lb orange roughy
4 corn tortillas
1 cup coleslaw mix
dieced tomates
shredded mexican cheese
cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo, lime, and milk. Cover and refrigerate. Combine bread crumbs and lemon peper in one bowl and egg and water in another. Dip fish in egg then crumbs. Cook fish over med heat for 3-4 minutes on a skillet or until it flakes easily. Spoon on to tortilla, top with coleslaw and other topings and drizzle with mayo mix.
