2 tblsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tblsp butter, melted
1 tblsp olive oil
3/4 cup champagne (asti spumanti is best to use)
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet, add chicken and saute' about 4 minutes on each side.

Add champagne, cook over medium heat about 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Remove chicken and set aside.

Add mushrooms and shipping cream to skillet, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until thickened. Add chicken and cook until heated.

Serve with rice and vegetables.
