Filet Mignon for each person
Crab (recipe below)
Asparagus, blanced
Bernaise sauce

Crab recipe

1 can crab meat
1 egg
1 tblsp mayonaisse
1 tsp sweet hot mustard
Old Bay seasoning to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch or 2 of sugar to taste

Beat egg, add all other ingredients and mix well. Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Blanch asparagus, 2 for each steak being made.

Broil steak to desired taste, palce some crab meat on top of the steak, add asparagus and cover with bernaise sauce.
