2 c diced potatoes
2 cloves minced garlic
2 T +/- curry powder
1 c water
1 can or package frozen peas
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add garlic and curry. Stir and add potatoes, coat potatoes well. Add water, cover and cook 15 minutes. Add peas and cook until potatoes are tender; 10-15 minutes.
