Directions:
Directions:
Bring prime rib to room temperature. Preheat oven to 500. Rub meat with salt to form a crust and salt bottom of roasting pan. Place meat in salted pan and bake at 500 for 5 minutes per pound of meat. Turn off oven but do not open oven door!!!!!! Leave in closed oven for 2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes and slice and serve.
