1/3 c olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c parsley
3 t minced garlic
1/2 t red pepper flakes
28 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 t sugar
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb linguine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in sauce pan, add onion and cook until soft and translucent. Stir in parsley, garlic, red pepper, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook and drain linguine noodles. Add shrimp to tomato sauce and cook 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce and serve.
