3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. commercial sour cream, 1/2 c. milk, 4 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add sugar and beqat again. Add sour cream and beat again Sift in dry ingredients to the mixture. Roll out to 1/4 inch thich dough cut out doughtnuts with cutter. Fry in grease. Do not add to much flour.

My aunt makes the beat doughnuts. She makes alot and then freezes them. When I would go and visit I would always raid her freezer.
