Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 6 tsp. melted butter, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sweet milk, flour (enough flour to make dough easy to handle.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, then cut out doughnuts. Fry in lard. Make sure your grease is always hot enough.

Here is a little hint: Put 1 tsp. vinegar in your grease, the doughnuts won't absorb so much grease.
