4 egg yolks, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar, 4 egg whites, 3/4 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the 4 egg yolks, add vanilla, sugar, and the 4 (beaten almost stiff) egg whites. Add dry ingredients to mixture. Bake at 375 for 12 min. Roll in cloth covered in powdered sugar. Cool, unroll and fill with your favorite filling.
