1 pkg. feta cheese
1 can artichoke hearts or artichoke bottoms, chopped
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 fresh baguette, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375 F. Grate the feta, chop the artichokes hearts or bottoms and combine with mayo, sour cream and garlic. Place the mix in an oven proof dish in the oven. Bake 20 minutes, then look at it. If it is brown on the top, it is done. If not turn up the heat and check again in 5 minutes.
Serve on the slices of baguette.

There are several versions of this recipe. I have seen the following variations: Omit the artichokes and add one of the following: chopped pitted Kalamata olives or chopped Sundried tomato in oil.
You can also change the feta cheese to parmesan.
