2 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. Kosher salt
1/4 yellow onion
1 1/2 T. poppyseeds
1 1/4 c. white vinegar
2 c. olive oil
2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except poppyseeds. Stir in poppyseeds at the end.

This dressing is great on a salad of baby lettuce, fresh fruit pieces, (such as pineapple, strawberries etc) and a grilled chicken breast.
