4 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle on cinnamon. Set bowl of custard in a bigger bowl of hot water (like a double boiler) to bake at 425 for 25 - 35 min. You know when its done, when it is thick and not runny.
