2 pkg. (3 oz) jello gelatin (peach flavor), 2 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water, 1 pint vanilla ice cream, 1 can sliced peaches or 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced.

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Dissolve 1 package of jello in 1 c. boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened(geletin will have the consistency of unbeaten egg whites)
Step 2: Dissolve 2 nd package of jello in remaining boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill about 1 hour or until set but not firm.
Steo 3: Arrange can of peach slices on geletin( the ice cream mixture)
Step 4: Top with clear geletin mixture, garnish with prepared whipped cream if desired.
