1 box lemon jello, 1 1/2 cut up marshmallows, 1 1/2 c. hot water(use part pineapple juice) 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine jello, cut up marshmallows and hot water, stir so marshmallows melt. Then let stand until mixture starts to jell. Whip in mixer 1 pint cream, 1 tsp, vanilla, and 5 tsp. sugar.Combine the two mixtures, add 1 can crushed pineapple and 1 c. walnuts. Mix well. Line cake pan with a graham cracker crust. Pour in jello mixture, top with more graham cracker crumbs. Refridgerate. Cut into squares and serve.

A very light delicious dessert. Just right after enjoying a big dinner. This recipe is a big hit in our family.
